Product Description:
This extra thin 230mm metal cutting disc is designed for precision cutting of various metals, providing minimal burr and reduced material wastage. It is compatible with standard angle grinders.
Safety Instructions:
  1. Personal Protection: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE): safety goggles, gloves, ear protection, and a dust mask.
  2. Machine Compatibility: Ensure that the cutting disc size and maximum RPM are compatible with your angle grinder. The maximum safe RPM for this disc is indicated on the label—do not exceed it.
  3. Disc Inspection: Before use, inspect the disc for cracks, chips, or other damage. Never use a damaged disc.
  4. Mounting: Securely mount the disc on the grinder spindle, ensuring it is properly centered and tightened with the correct flange. Use only undamaged, manufacturer-recommended flanges.
  5. Work Area: Operate in a well-ventilated area free of flammable materials. Keep bystanders at a safe distance.
Operating Instructions:
  1. Allow the grinder to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece.
  2. Hold the tool firmly with both hands for maximum control.
  3. Guide the disc smoothly and steadily through the metal—do not force or twist the disc.
  4. Cut using the edge of the disc only; do not use the side for grinding or deburring.
  5. Avoid overheating the disc by pausing periodically during heavy use.
Maintenance and Storage:
  • Store discs in a dry, flat location away from moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Do not use discs past their expiration date (printed on the label).
  • Clean the disc and tool after each use.
